RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Toujours, each piece is crafted using fine materials and carefully sourced diamonds. Due to the nature of fine jewellery, we encourage customers to choose thoughtfully when making a purchase.
RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
While refunds are not offered, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging intact. Once received and inspected, an equivalent store credit will be issued.
EXCHANGES
If you would prefer an exchange, we are happy to assist within 14 days of purchase, provided the item meets our return conditions.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of: the outer packaging, the product packaging, the item itself
This allows our team to review the issue and resolve it promptly.
In the unlikely event that a piece is considered faulty, it will be carefully inspected by our jewellers before an appropriate resolution is provided.
FINAL SALE OR NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of fine jewellery and the sourcing of diamonds, the following items are not eligible for return or store credit:
Items that have been worn, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery, Custom orders or specially sourced diamonds, Seasonal Sale items, which are considered Final Sale
Items purchased during a promotional period, which are subject to the promotional conditions in place at the time of purchase
