At Toujours, each piece is carefully prepared and inspected before leaving our studio. We take great care to ensure every order arrives safely and securely.


ORDER PROCESSING


Ready-to-ship pieces are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days of purchase.

For made-to-order pieces, custom jewellery, or specially sourced diamonds, production timelines will vary depending on the item and will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All domestic orders are shipped via fully insured courier services.

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes will be calculated at checkout.

For higher-value orders, a signature upon delivery will be required to ensure the item is received securely.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Toujours offers international shipping to selected destinations.


International orders are shipped via secure courier services such as DHL or FedEx depending on the destination.

Delivery timeframes typically range between 3–7 business days once dispatched.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.


SHIPPING INSURANCE

All Toujours shipments are fully insured while in transit.

Once a package has been delivered and signed for at the designated delivery address, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.

All Toujours jewelry is meticulously handcrafted to order by our expert jewelers. Please allow 2-3 weeks for creation and delivery of made-to-order pieces.

Fast Track Service: Need your piece sooner? We offer expedited 7-day turnaround for an additional fee. Contact us to arrange Fast Track production.

Loose Diamonds: Certified loose diamonds are ready for immediate dispatch and will ship within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
