Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Toujours, each piece is thoughtfully sourced and carefully inspected before leaving our studio. Due to the nature of fine jewellery and diamonds, our return policy is structured to ensure the integrity of every piece.
STORE CREDIT
While refunds are not offered, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be unworn and unused
• Be returned in their original packaging
• Include all original boxes, certificates, and documentation
• Be returned in the same condition they were received
Once the item is received and inspected by our team, an equivalent store credit will be issued.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to assist with exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the return conditions listed above.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photographs of:
• The outer shipping packaging
• The product packaging
• The item itself
This allows our team to review the issue promptly and provide a resolution.
If a piece is believed to be faulty, it will be carefully inspected by our jewellers before an appropriate solution is provided.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene and the nature of diamond sourcing, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited:
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Loose diamonds or loose gemstones
• Specially sourced diamonds
• Custom-made or made-to-order pieces
• Items that have been resized, altered, or worn
• Items purchased during a promotional or sale period where final sale terms apply
Each diamond is individually sourced and certified, which means loose stones and specially sourced diamonds cannot be returned once secured for a client.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders and specially sourced pieces are final once production or sourcing has commenced.
Because these items are created or sourced specifically for the client, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
