For decades the diamond industry has been built on layers of markups, confusing terminology and a lack of transparency around sourcing and pricing. Customers are often expected to spend thousands of dollars on a stone without truly understanding what they are buying. At Toujours, we believe buying a diamond should feel clear, considered and exciting, not confusing.
Our focus is simple: exceptional stones, transparent pricing and honest information.We work directly with trusted global suppliers to source diamonds that meet strict standards for colour, clarity and brilliance. By removing unnecessary retail layers and traditional wholesale markups, we are able to offer stones and pieces at pricing that is significantly more accessible than traditional jewellery stores.
Every diamond we offer is selected according to internationally recognised grading standards and supplied with independent certification where applicable. This ensures customers understand the exact characteristics and quality of the stone they are purchasing.

A More Thoughtful Way to Create Engagement Rings
At Toujours we believe engagement rings should feel personal, intentional and collaborative.
Rather than rushing into a finished ring, many of our customers choose to purchase a loose diamond first for their proposal. Afterwards, couples can design the ring together with a jeweller, creating something that truly reflects their relationship and personal style.
We strongly encourage customers to work with local jewellers and independent craftsmen when creating these pieces. Many incredibly talented jewellers rarely have the opportunity to design engagement rings due to the fast pace of the modern jewellery industry and the dominance of large retail chains.
By sourcing a diamond first and working locally to create the setting, couples are able to support skilled artisans while enjoying a far more thoughtful design process.
We also encourage customers to look at jewellery they may already own. Existing gold or precious metals from family pieces can often be melted and reused in a new ring, allowing materials with personal history to become part of the next chapter.
An engagement ring should not simply be purchased, it should be created with intention.

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
While refunds are not offered, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit.To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging intact. Once received and inspected, an equivalent store credit will be issued.
EXCHANGES
If you would prefer an exchange, we are happy to assist within 14 days of purchase, provided the item meets our return conditions.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of: the outer packaging, the product packaging, the item itself. This allows our team to review the issue and resolve it promptly.In the unlikely event that a piece is considered faulty, it will be carefully inspected by our jewellers before an appropriate resolution is provided. FINAL SALE OR NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Due to the nature of fine jewellery and the sourcing of diamonds, the following items are not eligible for return or store credit:Items that have been worn, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery
Custom orders or specially sourced diamonds
Seasonal Sale items, which are considered Final Sale
